We’ve been using Podium for payments since 25/11/2024, and honestly, it’s been great. No more issues with Eftpos machines or waiting for connections — everything just works smoothly.

You’ll get a digital receipt sent straight to your phone or email, and you can pay however suits you best — Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card.

There are no hidden costs with Podium — just a small surcharge (around $1.20 on a $100 call-out) to cover processing.
We like to keep things clear and upfront, so you always know what you’re paying for.

🚗 Call-Out & Cancellation Policy

• Payment is taken before dispatch.
  Once payment is made, your booking is confirmed and non-refundable.

• Cancellations:
  If you cancel after payment (at any time), the full call-out fee applies — as that time slot and technician are allocated to your job.

• Call-out fees apply whether the vehicle is repaired roadside or requires towing.

Most call-outs around the west and north of Melbourne are around $100, depending on area and time.
